Sheikh Dr Hussein Kassem Ahmad serves as President of the Rashaya Endowments Directorate, overseeing its Awqaf, religious, educational and development work in coordination with the relevant authorities and teams.
His responsibilities focus on safeguarding the trust of Awqaf, developing institutional practice and strengthening the Directorate’s impact across Rashaya District.
