The Umar ibn Al-Khattab Mosque endowment in Majdal Balhis has nine existing rental garages. Following corrections to the lease agreements, their combined monthly income increased to $795.
The committee is studying the addition of 10 garages, which could bring combined monthly income to approximately $1,795 once the expansion is complete and leased.
Income from the proposed expansion is an estimate and may change with construction costs, market rents and occupancy.
