About the project
Protected assets, sustainable impact
A proposed endowment commercial centre on the Rashaya–Al-Rafid main road. The programme includes 16 clinics, a 920-square-metre commercial hall and warehouse, 30 shops and 30 offices.
Based on the assumptions in the current preliminary study, the completed and operating project could generate an estimated annual return of approximately $177,600. This estimate may change with final costs, occupancy rates and market prices.
Plans, bills of quantities and cost schedules have been prepared, one adjacent property has been purchased, and the administrative board has approved the project. Acquisition of another adjacent property, Higher Sharia Council approvals and legal licences remain outstanding before construction can start.
