The Al-Rafid mosques endowment committee is completing four furnished rental apartments. Current estimates indicate potential monthly income of approximately $2,000 once they are finished and operating.
A proposed expansion would add 10 rental garages, potentially raising the project’s combined monthly income to approximately $3,500.
All return figures are estimates and may change with completion costs, market rents and occupancy. The expansion remains subject to further study and the required approvals.
