Protected assets, sustainable impact
An integrated endowment project in Al-Bireh designed to diversify sustainable income for the town’s mosques and serve the local community. The approved concept comprises six facilities: a fuel station, supermarket, pharmacy, electronic truck scale, flower and fruit-tree nursery, and offices for rent.
The endowment currently has 38 operating garages that generate monthly income. The new development is intended to broaden the investment portfolio and create additional local employment opportunities.
Approvals and building permits for the components have been completed. The fuel-station licence remains to be secured before implementation can begin.
