Kherbet Rouha is a village and municipality in Rashaya District, Beqaa Governorate, in the highlands near Mount Hermon. It stands at about 1,147 metres above sea level and is approximately 80 km from Beirut, 37 km from Zahle and 14 km from Rashaya. Its land area is about 37.14 km².
Historically, local activity included cereal and vine cultivation as well as livestock. The village has an old mosque in its historic square; local sources date its construction to the early nineteenth century and record later restoration work. Municipal administration began in 1962.
