A proposed residential and tourism-oriented complex on 27,200 square metres of endowment land. The concept includes 148 apartments, a mosque, swimming pools, a mini-market, security, maintenance and shared facilities.
The project has received the required approvals and four building permits. Rashaya Awqaf Directorate is seeking funding through donations or investors under arrangements approved by the relevant endowment authorities.
The proposal offers an opportunity to develop a major endowment property through a model combining sustainable revenue with residential and community services.
