Poultry Production Hangars

A proposed productive project on 38,500 square metres of endowment land, targeting approximately 20 poultry hangars with a capacity of about 10,000 birds per hangar.

Under the preliminary assumptions in the plan, each hangar is estimated to cost around $26,000 and could generate annual rent of approximately $10,000, producing an estimated total annual return of about $200,000 when the project is complete.

All figures are preliminary and may change. An initial study has been prepared and the administrative board has granted preliminary approval; detailed studies, formal approvals and licences remain outstanding before implementation.
