About the project
Protected assets, sustainable impact
The Hamza ibn Abd Al-Muttalib Mosque endowment in Kfardenis owns rental apartments. Following corrections to the lease agreements, the total value recorded in the plan is approximately $1,400.
Current work includes constructing an additional shop and apartment. The committee is also studying a proposed expansion comprising three garages and four apartments.
The project is intended to diversify and strengthen the endowment’s income. The income figure and its reporting period will be updated once the final lease details are formally confirmed.
