Protected assets, sustainable impact
The Aita Al Fakhar mosques endowment has an existing rental building whose monthly income reached $900 after the lease agreement was corrected.
The committee is studying a second endowment building intended to raise combined monthly income for the village’s two mosques to approximately $1,800 once complete and operational.
The future return is an estimate and may change with construction costs, market rents and occupancy. The project supports both the Old Aita Mosque and Abu Dharr Al-Ghifari Mosque.
