Productive agricultural project
Agricultural Land Reclamation and Fruit-Tree Planting
Reclaiming endowment land and planting olive and other fruit trees, with a plan targeting approximately 10,000 productive trees.

About the project
Protected assets, sustainable impact
This project reclaims endowment land suitable for agriculture and plants olive and other fruit trees appropriate to each property. The plan targets approximately 10,000 productive trees, turning underused land into income-generating agricultural assets.
Implementation is under way, with 3,586 olive trees planted and the work supported by a tractor, water tanker and storage tanks. Once the trees reach productive maturity, the plan’s preliminary assumptions indicate an average annual return of about $20 per tree and approximately $200,000 per year when the project is complete.
These figures are estimates and may change as studies are completed and production, prices and costs are reviewed. Over time, the project may develop into a broader value chain covering cultivation, production, processing, packaging and marketing.
